Site Notice: uncertain update again

Updates may end up suspended for an uncertain period: my current piece of junk laptop is increasingly dysfunctional in unpredictable ways, with just today a full third of the keyboard becoming unusable as a result of digitally shutting off specific keys that were spamming themselves relentlessly; I've been laboring under a lesser version of this issue for a couple months, having to type commas and 'L's via a virtual keyboard (Which is what I'm using to painfully make this post), but this recent worsening has made typing with anything other than the virtual keyboard virtually impossible, and its suddenness has me worried this piece of junk will become unusable/dead outright without warning, hence why I'm providing warning of the possibility now.

Ideally I'd just replace this dysfunctional laptop, but at the moment I don't have the funds for that (Not without giving up food for the remainder of the month, anyway), so... we'll see how this goes.
